Duckworths New Web Design
Mediasmith Web Design are pleased to announce that we are working closely with Duckworths on their new website. The design is a mixture of traditional and contemporary, adapting a traditional print based style for the web!
Duckworths have interests in the cleaning supply trade, as well as bar supplies and vending machines, and it is the former two that the website will focus on. After purchasing Besglos Polish Co, Duckworths contacted Mediasmith Web Design with their new project idea.
E-Commerce
Duckworths had decided that they need to be able to sell their products online via an e-commerce website. As e-commerce specialists, Mediasmith Web Design created a map and structure for the website, knowing that SEO will also be an integral part of the project. We have now started to build the e-commerce elements allowing Duckworths staff to update product data.
Content Management
As with most e-commerce websites, the content management system is a very important part. The custom content management system is being designed by Mediasmith to be easy to use and provide maximum optimisation capability. We continue to work closely with Duckworths to ensure that the content management is easily used by their staff.
